Being a great member of a private gym like Dale’s Dungeon means embracing a sense of community, respect, and values. Arriving on time shows consideration for Coach Dale’s schedule and fellow Dungeon members. Kindness and courtesy help foster a supportive environment where everyone feels welcome. Wearing proper gym attire ensures safety, comfort, and professionalism. Refraining from profanity or excessive language helps maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere. Most importantly, bringing a positive attitude and a willingness to challenge yourself creates an uplifting space for growth for yourself and those around you.
All training sessions at Dale’s Dungeon can be booked directly through our website. To get started, prospective members must first sign up as a member and schedule a video consultation with Coach Dale. This ensures our training programs align with your fitness goals. Once you’ve completed the sign-up and consultation, you’ll gain access to select and purchase a training package. Payments are securely processed through Stripe, ensuring a seamless transaction with top-tier data privacy protection. After selecting your package, you can conveniently schedule your sessions online up to 7 days in advance.
Each 1-hour session seamlessly integrates cardio-focused training, strength development, and core & mobility exercises to provide a well-rounded, efficient workout. With a maximum of four members in the Dungeon at any given time, each participant is assigned a dedicated station based on your personalized program, ensuring no wait times or interruptions.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. To avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance through our Zcal booking site, accessible on our website. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will be considered a missed session and will be subject to a $30 cancellation fee. At Dale’s Dungeon, we are committed to providing every client with a full, uninterrupted training experience. Your consideration and cooperation helps maintain a respectful and efficient schedule for all members and Coach Dale.
Dale’s Dungeon operates primarily under a semi-private personal training model. However, private 1:1 training sessions are available based on scheduling and availability. Please note that private sessions are offered at a premium rate, which differs from the standard tiered packages. For more information, feel free to consult with Coach Dale to determine the best fit for your fitness needs.
Dale’s Dungeon is open Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The facility is closed on Sundays, and we observe national holidays, during which the gym will also be closed.
Yes, Dale’s Dungeon is fully insured through USAA to ensure the safety and protection of all our members. Your well-being is my top priority, and I take every precaution to maintain a protected and professional environment. Coach Dale is also CPR and AED Certified through The American Heart Association.
Showers and locker rooms are not available; however, all Dungeon members have access to a private restroom, which can be used for changing as needed.
Yes, parking is available for all clients. For City Gate residents, weather permitting, Coach Dale may incorporate walking or jogging to and from the facility as part of your personalized training program.
Dale’s Dungeon offers towel services and provides yoga mats for your convenience. However, if you prefer to use your own, you are welcome to bring them to ensure your personal comfort during your workout.
Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to use the gym facilities. Members between the ages of 13 and 17 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver.
